We are operational experts who have first hand experience at rapidly building profitable, growing and sustainable businesses in industry segments from tech to service to manufacturing, and at developmental stages from start up to IPO and beyond. We bring the knowledge, tools, resources and capabilities to solve the customers problems through our native solutions as well as our partnerships with post start up teams, together turning their great ideas into viable and necessary businesses.
Operational Software Solutions
For most businesses, the problem is... they don't know what he problem is. To better manage growth, work is divided into smaller pieces and suddenly, org charts are prioritized over flow charts, dissolving visibility of the original smooth flow of value for the customer. Divisional and now disconnected, non-customer facing metrics are created and pursued by the new groups. The "stay in your lane" culture is born and almost always, the customers experience is diminished. Now, when things go wrong, all anyone can do is assume "someone screwed up". Typically, white boards are again filled with name and roles assuming that the new people will do better. But, excellence is intentional...it is deliberate. It is rarely achieved through luck, guessing, intuition, collaboration, idea sharing or hiring the right person. Yes, sometimes one unique individual, usually the founder, can drive a business to excellence through sheer will or brute force. But, even these orgs are incredibly rare and in most cases, not sustainable as trying to control or align every decision is impossible at scale.
Clarity exists to bring simplicity to complexity, to prioritize the real value that a business creates for its customer, to simply and quickly bring the facts around the businesses shortcomings to the surface in such a way that everyone, everywhere, every day can deploy "value-able creativity", making the right corrections or improvements and eliminating the bureaucracy and waste the business has unknowingly hard coded into its DNA. Only when everyone is engaged in the actual problem, not just the few at the top, can diversity yield its true value. Clarity serves to bring sustainable levels of performance, an order of magnitude better, at an incredible speed. Clarity is the tool that enables true innovation around how we work to better serve our customer.
